Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping (USA) - 3.00-7.00

Flat rate of $3.00 on orders under $15.00 and $7.00 on orders between $15.00-$100. Orders over $100 have free shipping. Please allow 1-4 business days for these orders to be processed. Once processed, they will be shipped via UPS SurePost and delivered within 3-7 business days. The U.S. postal service will make the final delivery for our standard shipping option. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS/USPS exceptions beyond our control.

Local Delivery (within 15 miles of brick and morter location) - Free

We will deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Any orders placed before 10am on delivery days will have same day delivery, otherwise they will be delivered on the next consecutive delivery day. 

You are responsible for adequate delivery instructions and a correct address. If we are unable to deliver, we will contact you via phone or email and hold your item for in store pick up for 60 days (all in store pick up terms apply) or you may contact us with corrections. If you have provided us with incorrect information, we will not return the delivery charge and there will be an added $8 fee for another attempt at delivery, otherwise it will be held for in store pick up.

We will contact you via phone or email with any unexpected delays or difficulty in delivery.

If the address you provided is incorrect and unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $8 shipping will be collected in order to attempt re-delivery. Please check that your shipping address is correct during check out to ensure proper delivery.

Please note: Our shipping provider is UPS and all P.O. box address must be sent via our $7.00 standard shipping option. This ensures that USPS will deliver your package properly.

Shipping will only be refunded for exchange orders or if your package is deemed lost or destroyed by UPS or USPS.
